1. The Service
ChannelAutoma is an ecommerce automation platform that helps merchants manage inventory, orders, pricing, and customer service across multiple sales channels. The Service uses configurable automation rules and workflows to execute operational tasks on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or connected platforms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
4. Connected Platforms
ChannelAutoma securely stores authentication data for connected e-commerce platforms to provide its services. You authorize us to access and process data from your connected sales channels via official APIs, solely to deliver the features you configure.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly based on the tier you select. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's order limit, overage fees apply as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Communications
We will send you transactional and service-related emails necessary for your account. You can manage marketing communication preferences in your settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by ChannelAutoma and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store data and content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we strive to maintain high availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelAutoma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
